Moving people to and from different discord channels

Not sure what it would be like or if it would be annoying but it would be interesting to move people to and from other discord channels. Maybe a feature where if the person attempts to move the person, the person is given a notification and if the person spams, it would give a time delay or something. The 'do not disturb' status could also work with this, as well as blocking certain channels if the person doesn't want to be moved into or out of that channel. Cool features that me and my mates have been talking about. Opinions anyone?
