Feature Request - Bulky and Lightweight overlays

I would like to see the overlay split into two different versions: a Bulky and a Lightweight version, let me explain.

The Bulky version will include all the features that the desktop has: Creating/Editing channels, managing friends, etc.
The Lightweight one will include all the features that are in the current overlay.

Though maybe this could be customized so only the features you want will be in the overlay so it would't take up as much ram or cpu usage.
