Changing between servers without the scroll wheel

In my experience, changing between multiple servers without the use of a mouse scroll use is almost impossible and using a laptop trackpad to move to servers along the list is difficult. The way I have to changing server if using ctrl-tab to move between them, but it is to tedious to use that to switch servers.
