Is it possible for anyone to easily get rid of their discord account and just make a new one and is there any indication that the user of said account used to have previously discarded accounts?
If anyone has blocked a user's old discord account and said user has discarded that account and made a new one, would said user still be blocked, by default, by those who had blocked the user's previous account?
Are there any consequences and/or restrictions enforced on anyone who had gotten rid of their discord account and just made a new one?
