Feature Request for streamers

We all love our text chats.

So streamers do with their community Discord servers.

There is a little inconvenience in there.

Lots of streamers have a shoutouts channel and i would like a feature where you can just set times where chats are disabled. 

So you can turn this channel off (or block for others) when you stream.

its a bad manner to shoutout yourself on someones dc while he/she is streaming but sometimes people just forget.

would love this feature.
