A simple option to let you make a small overlay to know when that person is talking

I've been looking for a long time to see if other voice programs will allow this. The closet I found is teamspeak but discord is just way better. And even then, teamspeak didn't exactly do what i wanted.

Basically I would like to be able to right-click someone in my voice chat, and select an option to overlay any icon (by default it could be a grey dot that turns into a red dot) to show that person is speaking. I do not need their discord name, I'd use the regular overlay for that. I'd like it to be able to be moved around anywhere on screen as well.

The reason i want this is so that i can place this icon next to someone's name in a game that doesn't support in game chat. I'd like to also be able to do this for a number of users in said channel, along with all the features of being able to turn it off and on, and having it come back on in the same spot when they reconnect into my voice chat.

If this is already a thing, can someone please link me? I've looked for a long time, and no dice to this day.
