Allow channels to display smaller thumbnails

I know as a user, you can disable the auto-thumbnail gereration. I find it takes up too much room in the chat window and sometimes the photo is ugly. I put up a link about twitter and there is a giant mugshot of the CEO just looking awkward on there. You can't edit it out either.

I would like to propose that at the server level and possibly the channel level, the admin can set how the link thumbs work. I would prefer a news style (small) thumbnail floating left of the link summary. So 3 settings:
(x) default - fullpage thumbnails ( ) news feed style ( ) no thumbnails

Then let users override it if they want.
