Video Chat not Connecting

I have come across the issue many many times that I go to video chat on my pc, and it just will not connect video, i can hear the person i'm calling and they can hear me, but I cannot see them and they cannot see me. When I then go onto discord on my phone the video works there, but not on my pc. It seems to be rather random as to when this glitch happens, just some days video chats work and some other days it doesn't. Not sure who else has had this issue or how it could be fixed, but I thought I would put it out there.
