Push-Not-To-Talk when mic is always on (i.e, when input is set to voice activity)
i won't use lot of words, just think of it like this.
just like there's a key that you "push-to-talk" and if that key isn't pressed, the audio doesn't transmit.
so when we set input to "voice activity" (that is when mic is always on), there should be a key that we can push to not transmit the audio.
to put it simply - the opposite of "push-to-talk"
i am not alone at home, and many time my family member will come to talk to me while i am in game and connected to discord as well, with my friends. then i gotta talk to them and all the people in voice channel can hear the conversation since mic is on.
personally i don't like push-to-talk, so it'd be cool to have this feature to save me the embarrassment if my family members say something that i don't want my friends (or sometime strangers) to hear. so i can just keep pushing the "push-not-to-talk" key for few seconds (or minutes).
i also understand that there is a "mic-mute". but that is also cumbersome, since i don't wanna leave the game and alt-tab and open discord from taskbar and then mute the mic, lets admit it, nothing can be as simple as just pressing a key (just like in push-to-talk )
thank you for coming to my TED talk, pls upvote if you think this feature will come in handy.

You can assign keys to mute your mic or headphone but I dont really understand your suggestion 0 -
can you? i'd like to see how.

You have this option yet. Just head to "Keybinds" in app settings, add a new Keybind, and select "Push to Mute"

do you ever check the settings yourself?? jeez

do you ever consider that the option should be more apparent rather than in the most obscure place possible? 🤔

Its in keybinds.. Where else should it be?
