different ringing animation

When seeing a group call being rung I always have to wait for the animation to pop up to know who's in call already or who's still being rung, and even when the animation pops up I have to really focus just to see if there's the little vibrating animation around their profile picture. Maybe make the person being rung have a gray pfp, or have a different color around their pfp?
