I can join servers, but I immediately get kicked and get a screen that states "There are no text channels"

This has only happened to one server, I have tried this on two devices and two accounts on those two different devices, the message always states that I am not in any text or voice channels/can't see them. Again this has happened with only one server, either the server may be corrupted or my IP address for my WiFi may be the problem, please help, this is urgent.
