Deleting messages from others as a groups leader

hello, i am worried about you can't delete messages from others in your own group on discord. so maybe they can add that the group leader can delete messages from others. and maybe they can add this too: The Group leader can give someone else the own ship so basically the groups leader can give their functions to someone else and then the groups leader changed!
