Resetting when Logging out

Every time I log out (which is every single day) when I log back in I have to find all my favorited gifs again and I have to reset the keys I want to use in my overlay. This is extremely aggravating. I share my computer at the moment and can't just keep my discord logged in all the time. Not only that but my laptop does regular updates and cleaning out where it is required to shut down, which would mean no matter what I would lose all those things. They should really STICK when you log out. What is the point of them not staying? It's super annoying and inconvenient. I didn't even realize it did that until I was trying to play a game and couldn't get my discord to open to talk to people on top of it. That isn't something I should have to set up every single time. It should remember my choice even if I log out.
