Feedback - Notifications

Okay scenario
I have 20-30 discords I am connected to, some I check daily, some weekly, some only when I am playing a specific game, a few are pretty important, some not so much...
They are all for the most part have active chat channels or most have multiple active.
I have muted most the ones I don't want notified about/follow.

At any given hour long period, almost all will have had activity, and they all show a activity counter.

I am tabbed out in game, watching a move, bottom line, discord is not visible....
Discord beeps of activity, it flashing in the task bar, I click it to restore... and I have no idea what so ever where this activity occurred. None what so ever and it drives me nuts I can't zero in on active conversations.

I want an activity log... If discord chirps about activity, I want a chirp history I can see every chirp discord has done in a xyz amount of time. Hour? 4 hours? 12 hours? a Day?

I'm constantly getting update sounds from discord but I have no idea where they're coming from. I keep wondering if I disabled a notification setting but this is the closest I've gotten to the answer!

Shouldn't there be little red update icons in the server where you're getting messages from? I keep thinking that used to be a thing but I can't find a setting to turn it back on. Am I going nuts or something??
