Be able to mute a channel's bot messages, but not messages from humans

Currently, you can mute a text channel, which will grey it out in the channel list and make it so the unread indicator does not show for new messages. Since messages from "bots" sometimes hold different importance than messages from real humans, we should have an option to mute the unread indicator if a channel only contains unread messages from bots, but still show it when a human sends a message.

  getting the option to mute alerts from bots, or individual users would work as well
