Do not autoplay animated avatars

It really annoys me to see animated avatars playing when I'm merely moving my cursor over discord, we need an option to disable autoplaying animated avatars in chat, so that they only play if you actually click on their username.

Not every animated avatar is that bad, but It seems that some people feel they just have to use animated avatars because they have nitro, so they choose a random anime gif that is very distracting and impossible to ignore. Sorry if I'm venting, I'm just trying to illustrate the problem.

  I think it would be a better option to disable auto Animate avatar instead of always on or off. I would prefer them to be on all the time, but having an option would be the best option.
