Drop support of Android Jelly Bean and KitKat

Current market share of Jelly Bean is 3.2% and KitKat 6.9% So there aren't a lot of users on that versions and imo don't worth to support them

    It takes nothing extra to support older versions of Android. Telling them to stop supporting it is also very dumb. Many people still use older phones with outdated versions of Android
