Giftable Emotes

As of now External Emotes can only be used as Global Emotes, or Nitro Emotes. But allowing Nitro users and/or maybe Partnered users to gift a number of emotes (Static Emojis would be $1 to gift and GIF emotes would be $3 to gift). Each non Nitro Discord user can have up to 10 or 15 gifted emojis and those gifted emojis can then be used anywhere external emojis are allowed. This would allow friends with Nitro to share emotes they love with other people and would be an alternative to gifting temporary membership of Nitro. Users that receive gifted emojis can delete emojis they don't need but have a max of 5 (or infinite) "Undo Delete" actions for any accidents and/or change of mind for a deletion of an emote.
