Multi-Function Toggle-mute binding

A bindable function where you set one button to toggle mute.

However if the button to toggle unmute is held for longer than X amount of time, it essentially acts as a push-to-talk button.

Would save effort for people like me who prefer a toggle mute button but would like the push-to-talk functionality occasionally without having to bind a separate button.

I've seen this functionality on professional audio equipment for talkback in studios I thought it was very useful.

    I've always used toggle mute. Rather press a button once and then once again in 5 seconds than hold it for 5 seconds. The problem is that a lot of servers auto-mute voice activation, and toggle mute is technically voice activation, so I get put in the same bag and I have to manually swap my keybinds.
