I sign in but it says to claim the account again

Every time I sign in and then go to a discord server to chat with people it says I still have to claim an unclaimed account.

I have been a member for about a year now.

Not sure wth is going on but I hate this.

And yes I try to claim it but it says my email is all ready taken.

Duh, of course it is.
