Game server connection module

I had an idea for a module to allow direct connecting to a game server through Discord. If there was a module you could put in a channel with a text box that allows you to select a Game. Then a second box for the IP and Port. When you confirm it the module would make sure it can make a connection to the server. Then a connect button would appear to launch and connect you to the server.
