Enhance the Experience of Webcam/Video Input

I am a streamer that dual boxes (Streaming PC and Gaming PC) and sometimes if i'm not streaming and chatting to friends over discord, I use my capture card as the "webcam" video input to show gameplay from my gaming PC. 

I am sure this is an extremely niche audience butttt....

It would be great if you could implement the following:

  • Allow additional audio from non-webcam video sources
  • Increase the quality to 1080p@60 from "webcam" inputs. Currently it is extremely low. Much less than screen sharing!
