[Feature Request] Customize streamer mode auto app detection

Recently saw a youtube video using a recorder that wasn't obs or xsplit. Constantly was hearing the discord new message sound in the background of the video.

So a user story:
As a content creator not using OBS or XSplit, I want to be able to configure other apps to automatically trigger streamer mode so that I don't have discord notification sounds in my videos.
