Add a "delete to me" option for text channels.

I think the Title sais enough. What I basically mean is that you can delete any type of messages not only for the whole server but also just for you.

There are a lot of reasons to add it, but to keep it basic: When theres a kitty picture in general chat and I dont care about it, but about the posts above, I might want to delete the cat pic to not scroll up everytime. Tho there might be lots of other people being interested in some sweet looking cats and they want to keep it, so I cannot delete it and have to see it everytime I go on the server.

With "delete for me" the problem is solved in a second. Just imagine it being like the "delete for me" function in WhatsApp. Down below you see an example I created.
