Mute Video share audio or capture

I feel like users should have the option to mute Video sharing audio or video on Discord PMs or group chats. so like when someone has their camera on the other user can disable the camera for only them and not for others. when they are sharing audio and or video from a website or application the user can also turn that off to either save performance (cause we all know some people dont have all that great of a computer) and for convience if someone is blarring loud music from youtube and you dont want to mute the person but instead audio or video share itself.
