app similar to messenger for discord

This would probably be a REALLY good and useful app for everyone. Make a app that's relatively similar to messenger, but with discord chats and pm's.

So everytime someone sended me a message, a little box would appear and i could easily open it and do other things at the same time like being in youtube while  messaging ppl
