Default Sound Volume

Please either set the default volume of sound files sent in chat to < 75% or let us set it ourselves.

sending music demos or just sound samples is a pain whenever you're listening to it since when working with sound you always want it to be as loud as could be for best amount of quality. having volume at 100% as default is painful for the ears when forgetting to lower the volume manually, thanks!

    Yes. Please, I'm deaf now because of the earrape I've experienced.
