adjusting the rate of speach when you turn on tts notifications

Hi, so I know here is an option to turn on tts messages it is really useful when you are doing something like studying. Now my suggestion is have an option where you can adjust the rate of speach the tts voice speacks in because for me the voice is slow at speaking.
