Ringing people from a server

I recently started a server for all my friends and I love having everyone in one place but the difference is I cant just ring people like in a DM call. I have to dm them to ask them if they want to call and to join the server chat. there should be an option to ring people into a call (of course make it so you can disable for certain roles)
