Feature Request- AOL/AIM style message sent and received sounds

I would love to see a feature where the user could use their own custom file as the sound for their notifications (when the channel/DM is both in and out of focus), and add an optional sound for outgoing messages. I'm thinking of something like the old AOL/AIM sound effects from the early 2000s that are super nostalgic for me and a lot of people. I feel like adding an outgoing message sound that is Discord's own as well would add to the user experience and bring us back to the glory days.

Something like this has already been implemented via a better discord plugin, but it does not have outgoing message support. That being said, the plugin is open source, so I assume that Discord would not have to do much to implement something similar.
