Chat Transcript Validation

I have constantly had people from one platform using Discord to hide behind other rules and regulations to get away with harassment, so I was wondering if there was a way to send in a request to Discord asking for a verified chat log or transcript of...let's say... Message ID X through X (X = whatever the message ID of the start and ending messages, including everything in between). It then could process a request then send back something similar to a Pastebin link. This would add authenticity to the items we could report and remove the fear if "inspect element" type scandals occurring.
