Birthday alarms

my friends birthday just passed and the only reason my other friends noticed was because they set a google calender alarm that didnt go off, i would love it if you could put in your day of birth and the month on your account so that anyone your on a server with or have in your friends list who's birthday it is has their account have like a little party hat or something so people can wish them a happy birthday (this can be turned off if they want) sorry if this has already been posted.
