Low fps with Arma 2 OA game

Screen FPS goes down when Discord + Arma 2 OA running. For example when I alt TAB out from game my Discord (screen) FPS is below 5 I think. Can't even watch Youtube videos in Discord, due to low FPS. Mouse moves like in tar etc. Seems to be happening only with Arma 2 OA btw.

My specs
- i7-4790 with 3.6 Ghz with 16 GB DDR3 RAM

- Kingston HyperX SSD

- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 with 8 GB GDDR5 RAM

- Windows 8.1 64-bit

Tried taking hardware acceleration off, I think FPS went even worse. Putting it back made FPS little bit better but not much. I've seen Discord dropping in game FPS also, like 50% off casually which is unbearable. Any way to fix Discord problem with Arma 2 OA?

I have no overlay in use with Discord, haven't actually even tried to due to problems with prg already.
