Server tour for new members

Have you ever joined a server and been overwhelmed by all the categories and voice/text channels? Well, at least I have had this happen a few times, particularly on larger official servers. Or have you ever had a new member in a server that always wrote in the wrong channels? I see people like this all the time...

Anyway, enough of these scenarios, and I'll go onto explaining my main topic. It would be helpful to have the option to create a "tour" to guide members that are new to a server. Server admins will be able to choose which channels get described and what the short description says.

Here's an example of a new member: You join a server with tours enabled. You see a small popup on the screen with a button saying "Show me around" and small text under it saying "No thanks". You decide to click the button that says "Show me around". The popup disappears and you then see an arrow pointing to the announcements channel. A popup appears next to it and says "This is where news related to the server is posted!".  You then press "Okay", and the popup moves to the off-topic channel and it gives the description. It turns out you must wait 10 minutes to talk in that server, and the final popup appears. The admins of the server have customized it to say "In [insert time until 10 minutes have passed], you will be able to chat. In the meantime, read over #rules!"

This wouldn't be a high priority feature, but it still would be nice to have. Perhaps users could have the option to opt out of all tours, with the exception of servers that have checked the "Require tours" checkbox (should this be for verified/boosted servers only?).

It's not much, but please consider implementing a form of this!
