Resizing/editing the uploading image

While you upload a image file from your media, there should be a option to edit where you can crop, mark or enter a text line before submitting.

    Also: 1) when taking a photo with a camera, I'd like to see a whole photo
    2) when uploading, I'd like it to attach to a message but not sent automatically

    Looks like this was first suggested 3 years ago, but never realized. This should be revisited. Default screen captures are too big to upload. I literally copy them to another chat app, then download them auto-resized so I can use them in discord.
