Hide Groupmembers during Camsession without Cam

If we are in a group and are calling with an activated webcam, other people, which aren't using a cam use as much space as the ones with do. That makes the faces much smaller for unnecessary space.

So i would like to hide the one's who aren't using a cam.

I know that you can focus one person, but that's all i found. I'm sorry if such a function or similar does already exist.
