Emote grouping in the emote picker.

With the advent of server boosting the numbers of emotes on some servers has exploded, which makes looking for an emote in the picker a painful experience.

I'd like to suggest that server admins could create ordered groups of emotes.

This would also benefit partnered twitch streamers, as those twitch emote could automatically be grouped together, which would improve user friendliness to people coming to discord from twitch.

Another use case would be to group different themes of emote, or emote edits together.

Groups could have alternating background colours, of the existing background colour, and slightly darker.
Groups could be given names, which would be displayed as a subtitle at the top of the group in a smaller font size.
