More priority on deleting cached messages

We all have those moments we send the wrong message or image to someone. At the moment cached messages on discord can stay on the phone even if they are deleted by someone. This could be very embarrassing or cause problems if you've sent something you shouldn't. This didn't happen to me but I can see this happening to people, because of this I'd like to see more priority on deleting cached messages. 

I went to discord support and this is what I was told (The message I was talking about wasn't deleted until I restarted the app completely):

Thanks for writing in! I do understand the concern with the message still appearing after booting up your mobile app, but this is considered as intended behavior at the moment since messages are cached locally for performance reasons, and deleted messages are only updated once the app reconnects and gets the heads-up from our servers that "Hey, that message has actually been deleted, yo, remove it from your local cache.
