Allow us to use stickerpacks (much like telegram/whatsapp)

We have custom emoji's and the aiblity to use gifs now, but we don't have stickers yet, and it would be awesome if we could use sticker packs in a little bigger format than the custom emoji's. It  could be a nitro bonus but i think it would do as a normal chat thing too
