Get rid of the delay in "Mark as read"

Since we still don't have a "Mark all servers as read" feature (guess not enough people use more than 2-3 servers?) it'd be nice to at least get rid of the ~3 minute delay in the "Mark as read" function. Whenever I have used it for about 5 servers, it won't let me use it again (just remains unread) for roughly 3 minutes.

  If you have to mark as read that often, just mute the channels....
