Expedited Trust & Safety Reporting

So, Roblox has a system called FastTrack reporting in which users who make good reports have expedited (almost instant) report review. Discord could implement a system like this to prioritize actual reports and lessen the effects of spam and poorly reported issues. The system could work like this: Trust & Safety employees rate or otherwise note the quality of each report. Then, users who meet certain criteria (maybe X amount of reports above X rating, X rating average on reports, etc.) receive an email invitation to the expedited system, explaining all the details. If the user accepts the invite, their reports get prioritized, for the most part, over others. There would obviously be some exceptions, like self-harm reports and other high-priority threatening or illegal behavior. A user can also choose to disable the expedited option for a specific report if they feel that it is unnecessary. Such a system would help the Trust & Safety team to work more efficiently and take action quicker on users who are most likely actually violating the ToS/Guidelines.
