Add Profile picture overlays.

Normally if someone wants a profile picture with the nice house of Balance overlay for example, he has to go to the server and type in the desired command. 
then it stays on his profile picture. 
But if there was something like when you want to change your profile picture or username on discord. 
you can see something under your profile picture that says for example "Overlay" and this can be a mask for your profile picture with some nice fancy SVG overlays or even custom ones that you made, not just something that stick on your profile picture and make it lower quality... 
Also this can be really cool for Hypesquad members or Nitro users. 
think about it, with this there can be an overlay store, that people can have some nice and big overlays on their profile picture. :D 
For example: a League of Legends overlay. (after you reach the ranked level)

    A mildly interesting idea, but an overlay store/earnable overlays would not work because you can simple edit your avatar using an app.

    I mean like, not so normal overlays

     

    Like a out bounded overlay, just like a umm, shield for example or a border yea :D

    Yes! Adding overlays will make awesome collages happen as well maybe, but I wonder if it would be possible to make an animated overlay (for nitro)
