Hurassmnet,stalking

Hello to all i am having a prob with a person on discord by the name hawk this perosn has been stalking one of my friends on my dc channel it all started with 2 people one who is my friend she is name jade the other name hawk. he has been harassing her and i told her just to unfriend him so she send him a message telling him to leave alone because he was being pushy and did not want that in her life so she unfriend him and i told her he might have mental problems and thats good that she left him alone so hawk decides to message others here is what he have posted to them to tell her

so now at this moment he claims he is going to leave me and her alone i told her he is a stalker and i can tell this but a hours later he calls her and course her out and swear at her calling her a bi*** and all kinds of words so i remove him from my dc channel and block him she did the same and then he goes to one of my friends and says this

becuz that aka the one is bad news that dude is married and has 2 kids of his own i think u need to keep your friend safe from him your friends with Jade arent u since Jade never let me explain she just blocked me and believed what the aka the one told her about me i swear i didn't flirt with Jade i went out of my way to help her fix her pc laptop and this the tanks i get and help he get a little money in gta v and help her deliver to this the thanks i get really i feel so used and top it off i wrote her an apology letter so i don't know if she read because a couple of nights ago i get yelled at this guy named Matt aka The one for something a gal did that i don't talk to no more but okay i feel that i could never explain to jade what i really wanted is a gamer friend and nothing more she read me wrong in real life i have a girl friend lol she a tad over my age but i been with her for like about 3 years now she players her ever quest games and i play my games plus why would i

at this point he mention my family and this is getting out of control now mind use we have block him because we don,t want nothing to do with him so i get mad because he mention my fam in this when they have nothing to do with anything, so a few days go by and he makes a new account and message her and says this

So now his new account name is Sir_Night aka Hawk so use need to ban him or his ip because this is crazy and getting out of control please help.
