Don't show connections that are already connected

I have Spotify connected for example, and when I go to add a connection, Spotify is there again. o think it shouldn't, at least for the ones that only one connection can happen.

  People can have more than one account for almost all of the connections discord has, having it so we can’t connect multiple accounts of the same app just limits us for no reason.

  Spotify: Desktop account, phone account

  Steam: Main account, alt account

  Etc.

  Oh. In that case all good. I guess I'm not the user with 2 Spotify accounts or something so I never had this as a case.

  Then in that case, instead of removing the connections that are already there, it could be useful to have a check mark or a green dot or blue arrow or something to show that there is at least one connection to that service? maybe even a number of existing connections on each service.
