Troubles With Email Verification

Hey, Discord. I just wanted to inform you that earlier this morning I just got this thing where it kept saying I had to verify my email to send messages anywhere, when I already had an email put on my Discord account. Then I log back on a few minutes later, and it popped up with the page saying; "Something's Going on Here." And it said I had to verify with my phone number. Why is this? I never did anything wrong necessarily.
