Standard behaviour on both Android and Windows needs some improvement

Windows 10

- when Discord is sitting in the task bar and I get a message, clicking on the popup does nothing

- emojis not exactly the same as Android, some that I use daily on Android are not there

- multiple click on one emoji not possible even though this is standard on Android

Discord frequently goes back to older post even though I have already scrolled through everything

I haven't tried to fix any of this. Not because I'm lazy (I am), not because I don't know how (google is my friend). It's because this behaviour should not be there to start with. These are not bugs but flaws imho. Discord is a nice software, so.. I hope you can make it better.
