Popout Discord Chat!
I think Discord should have a popout mini chatbox on PC. Something like the popout chat on Twitch, where it produces a window the size of a phone screen that can be moved around so you can chat without the application obscuring a lot of the screen. Maybe it could be mobile Discord emulated in a smaller window, or just a single chat opened in a window. Either way it would be nice for chatting people while watching streams/videos/etc,.

I've been so surprised that Discord has never added this feature as a gaming-oriented chat client, but it's especially surprising they didn't add this when they implemented the streaming option!
ever since join.me closed their free service, I've been on the search for a streaming client that does what Join.me had - a mini chat that has an "always on top" function. I don't want to have to buy a second monitor just so I can stream my hobby.0
