I feel like discord should be able to transfer data from one account to another if requested by a iser. This way if a new account needs to be created by someone who gets locked out it isnt nearly as annoying and helps them too, this could be done with confirmation of owning the account through passwords for security reasons or sending an email via the both accounts emails. But something like this would be really helpful to users.

  Bad idea because accounts are disabled as a punishment, and part of the punishment is that users have to start over. This would make it completely useless to disable/delete accounts in the first place.
