Make it possible to change the tag of bot accounts

At the current state a bots tag is randomly generated once it is created, just like it is with user accounts. Since it is possible to change the tag of a normal user with Discord nitro it would be great if bot-tags could also be changed (bots already have some features that are only usable by nitro users, for example the possibility to use server-emojis anywhere).

    Yes! It's a good idea. If you don't add this, people will already create a lot of accounts where they will try to knock out the coveted tag #9999.
