User toggle to receive @everyone and @here from certain users/roles

Whenever I join a new server, its standard for me to toggle the settings "Only receive notifications from pings" and "Supress @everyone and @here" on every time. However sometimes I maybe I want to be pinged from an @everyone but only from the server owner or mods of the server. It would be nice as a user to have @everyone and @here disabled but allow certain users/roles to pass through so my notifications don't get clogged with troll/spam pings but the ones I care about get through.
